S. 484—The Enhancing Drug Safety Act

On February 1, Senator Michael Enzi (R-WY) introduced S. 467, the Enhancing Drug Safety Act. The text of the bill is not yet available; however, Senator Enzi’s introductory remarks state that S. 484 is similar to S. 3807 from the 109th Congress. S. 484 was referred to the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions.
