H. R. 7153 —The National Childhood Brain Tumor Prevention Network Act of 2008

On September 26, 2008, Representative Barbara Lee (D-CA) introduced H.R. 7153, the National Childhood Brain Tumor Prevention Network Act of 2008. The bill would amend the PHS Act to require the Director of NIH, through the Director of NCI, to establish a National Childhood Brain Tumor Prevention Network. The bill would authorize $25 million for each of FYs 2010 through 2014. H.R. 7153 was referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce.
