H. R. 5809 —The Environmental Hormone Disruption Research Act of 2008

On April 15, 2008, Representative Louise Slaughter (D-NY) introduced H.R. 5809, the Environmental Hormone Disruption Research Act of 2008. The bill would require the Director of NIEHS to conduct and coordinate a research program on hormone disruption. H.R. 5809 was referred to the House Committees on Energy and Commerce, Natural Resources, and Science and Technology.
