NIH Reauthorization Hearing

The House Committee on Energy and Commerce (Representative Joe Barton [R-TX], Chairman) held a hearing entitled, "Improving the National Institutes of Health Management and Operation: The NIH Reform Act of 2006." Dr. Elias Zerhouni, Director, NIH testified on the latest NIH reauthorization Draft.
