House Committee on Government Reform Holds Hearing on A-76

On June 26, 2003, the House Committee on Government Reform (Tom Davis [R-VA], Chairman), held a hearing entitled, "New Century, New Process: A Preview of Competitive Sourcing for the 21st Century." There were no NIH witnesses; however, Ms. Angela Styles, Administrator for Federal Procurement Policy, OMB, provided testimony on the Administration's competitive sourcing initiative and new revisions to Circular A-76.
