On June 6, 2002, the House Education and the Workforce Subcommittee on Education Reform (Michael Castle [R-DE], Chairman) held a hearing entitled, “What Should We Do with Learning Disabilities and Early Intervention Strategies?” G. Reid Lyon, Chief of the Child Development and Behavior Branch, NICHD, testified.
