Summary: House Appropriations Subcommittee Holds Hearing on FY 2003 Budget

On March 6, 2002, the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, HHS, and Education (Representative Ralph Regula [R-OH], Chairman) held a hearing on the FY 2003 President’s Budget for the programs funded in the Labor, HHS, Education bill. Secretary of Health and Human Services Tommy Thompson testified.
