P.L. 107-206  The 2002 Supplemental Appropriations Act for Further Recovery From and Response to Terrorist Attacks on the United States

On August 2, 2002, the President signed into law H.R. 4775, the 2002 Supplemental Appropriations Act for Further Recovery From and Response To Terrorist Attacks on the United States, as P.L. 107-206. This legislation provides $8 million in funding for NIEHS but includes rescissions which affect NIH. The Act also names in statute the National Research Service Awards as the Ruth L.
