Session II - P.L. 107-116  The Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agenices Appropriations Act, 2002

On January 10, 2002, the President signed H.R. 3061, the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2002, as P.L. 107-116. Funding for NIH is $23.285 billion, a $3 billion increase over FY 2001 (before the evaluation tap of $296.7 million and the Global AIDS/HIV transfer of $100 million).
