Session II - P.L. 107-110  No Child Left Behind Act of 2001

On January 8, 2002, the President signed into law H.R. 1, the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, as P.L. 107-110. This legislation is a comprehensive reauthorization of the Federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) of 1965. The main goal is to improve student performance.
