P.L. 109-482 - National Institutes of Health Reform Act of 2006

On January 15, 2007, the President signed H.R. 6164, the National Institutes of Health Reform Act of 2006, as P.L. 110-482. Provisions would revise Title IV of the PHS Act and create the Division of Program Coordination, Planning, and Strategic Initiatives, to be supported by the Common Fund.
