P.L. 109-289 - The Department of Defense Appropriations Act for FY 2007

On September 29, the President signed H.R. 5631, the Department of Defense Appropriations Act for FY 2007 as Public Law 109-289. The measure contains the continuing resolution that will fund through November 17 those agencies for which no appropriations bill has yet been enacted.
