P.L. 109-282 - The Stem Cell Therapeutic and Research Act of 2005

On September 26, 2006, the President signed S. 2590, the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act, as Public Law 109-282. The bill would require the Office of Management and Budget to create a publicly-available website that includes information on all Federal grants and contracts over $25,000 awarded to public and private organizations.
