P.L. 109-100 - Breast Cancer Research Stamp Reauthorization Act

On October 31, 2005, the President signed S. 37, the Stamp Out Breast Cancer Act, as Public Law 109-100, which authorizes the extension of a special postage stamp for first-class mail. The price of this stamp is 45 cents, 8 cents above the regular rate of 37 cents, and the authority to issue this stamp expires on December 31, 2005.
